Open this through a web server. Chapters are loaded with HTTP requests, which browsers block on file://. In the interview-prep folder, run one of these:

php -S localhost:8080        # PHP (same as the production host)
python3 -m http.server 8080  # or Python

then open http://localhost:8080.
